Traditional paper cups have a plastic coating inside, usually PLA. This coating needs to go through a specialty recycling process to get broken down. As a result, most of these paper cups end up at the landfill as it is too much work to recycle them.

Our paper cups and lids are PLA and PE free, and they can go straight into compost, leaving no micro plastics in the soil. Our cups and lids contain no plastic lining, are certified organic, and can be home composted.
